In today's post i will be talking to you guys about sleepers. sleepers are my favourite type of car. a sleeper is a car that seems to look stock and slow, but has actually been modified and is very fast. Sleepers generally go after those guys with big wallets and even bigger egos. A sleeper would catch out a guy who thinks he can beat the sleeper but doesnt know the sleeper is fast and loses. Guys who challenge sleepers to a race usually lose. it is funny to watch the reactions that the big ego guy gives because he has just been beaten by a "stock" car. It is even funnier if the guy with the big ego runs his mouth off to the person with the sleeper, then loses.

Don't be a ricer!

Your boii it is TurboYoda! In today's post i will be telling you not be be a ricer. Everybody hates ricers. If you reading the description of a ricer and it describes your car, i will not apologise because ricers are stupid! If you are a ricer your car will consist of a loud irritating fart sounding exhaust, ugly body panels, ugly paint jobs and a completely stock engine. You do not want to be a ricer, what you want to be is a tuner. Tuner's cars are equipped with modified engines, cool paint jobs, sleek and clean body panels and free flow exhaust for that throaghty roar that your modified, not stock, engine makes.

What not to do with a modified car...

Your boii it is TurboYoda! In today's post I am going to be discussing what not to do with your modified car. the first thing is not to do anything stupid. Wrecking your car will cost tons of money. If you have a modified car, take it to a race track and learn how to control your own car before taking it out onto the road. The number one thing that happens when you modify your car is how well you can do a burnout and drift. If you are going to attempt a burnout or drift, make sure it is in a large empty area. This will prevent you from hitting anything. watch this video to see what not to do!

Your boii it is TurboYoda!! In today's post we will be discussing my favourite genre of cars. i love JDM cars. JDM means Japanese Domestic Market. JDM cars are all modified Japanese cars from 6-seater vans to 2-seater hatchbacks.  i love Japanese cars because of the simplicity and availability of modifications  for Japanese cars. JDM car owners are like family. we don't judge one another's car because we are real car enthusiasts. we appreciate ones mods. if we don't like the car we keep our mouth shut. the thing about JDM cars is that they are quick and handle better than big muscle cars. dont get me wrong. i love all types of cars. i just prefer the modifications available in the Japanese market.

What is so unique about a turbo?

Your boii it is TurboYoda!! In today's post we are going to discussing what is so unique about turbos. For me it is the sound of turbo cars that is very unique. a car that has a turbo and after market blow off valve is music to my ears. As a turbo spools up it makes the most incredible whistling sound. the great thing about turbos is the capability to install after market blow-off valves. An after market blow-off valve is also most commonly known for its, "pshhhhh..." sound. the blow-off valve does this because it releases high pressure air coming out of the turbo. you will only hear the "pshhhhh..." sound when you gear up or down. this to me is the most beautiful noise on earth. i will be attaching a link of the best video for turbo and blow-off valve music!

Your boii it is TurboYoda!! In today's post we are going to talk about supporting modifications to make to your turbo car. There are many things to improve the performance of your turbo. The things I am going to list below are some of the features that improve the performance of your turbo.

Key things to install onto your turbo car:

• A boost controller
• intercooler
• wastegate
• dump-valve
• free flow exhaust
• pod filter
• performace ECU
• larger fuel injectors
• bleed valve

All these items will not only improve the performance of your turbo but the entire engine too!!

What is a turbocharger?

Your boii it is TurboYoda! What is a turbocharger(turbo) you might ask? A turbo charger is a turbine that is driven forced induction, this is a device that increases the internal combustion of your engine. The turbo forces more air- that is compressed- into the combustion chamber. If you are able to put more air into your engine then you are able to put bigger fuel injectors. This increases the performance of your car. A turbo is made up of two parts, an exhaust housing which turns the turbine and allows the exhaust gasses to escape and the intake housing, the intake housing uses the turbine to suck in air to force into the combustion chamber.
